Duncan is an accomplished operator of leading hospitality environments around the world. He applies a range of expertise including the experience gained from many years managing exclusive, deluxe European Hotels, Private Asian business Clubs and leading international restaurant brands.

 

Growing through the ranks from the kitchen to 'front of house', food & beverage and then on to senior operations positions, Duncan breeds success through people, instilling skills and a passion for good service. He believes in the empowerment of people, quality of management principals, and creating the right mix of people in order to position successful teams.

 

In 2008 when working with the foremost London restaurant organisation, Duncan successfully opened the acclaimed destination restaurant at the Royal Festival Hall, resulting in a 'Catey Award' for Manager of the year.
